Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber, nur der Teppichboden ist eine Schande. Sehr freundliches Personal.

The hotel is really close to Schönbrunn parc, and is the most affordable option of staying in the neighbourhood. The building is pretty unusual for a hotel (commercial center built, I guess in 1970s), as well as interiors are not that modern but if you are fine with this like me, then you'll appreciate it. And Ossi the parrott assisting at reception is еру attraction of the hotel.

The hotel is really nice and well located (right next to Schönbrunn Palace and metro station). It was really clean and staff friendly. Recommended for families.

Freundlich am Telefon, kurzfristigst alles geklappt, Frühstück voll ok. Hatte 1-Bett-Zimmer gebucht und 4-Bett-Zimmer bekommen. Dies war eher eine kleine Wohnung denn das typische "Hotel-Feeling". Mich hat es nicht gestört und es war ok. Fernseher surrte mit eigenartigen Nebengeräuschen - hier wäre ein Upgrade wünschenswert, aber ich war eh kaum im Zimmer, daher nicht tragisch.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, a parkolás is megoldott a mélygarázsban. Tiszta, nagy szoba, kényelmes ágyak. A fürdőszoba is tiszta, felszerelt. Gyors ügyintézés a recepción. A lift megfelelő méretű, kényelmes. Éjjel csönd volt, lehetett pihenni. Közel van a kastély, a park, az állatkert, a metró megálló, bevásárló udvar.

Very comfortable and quiet. Excellent location in terms of accessing public transport. Friendly helpful staff.

Basic and clean, no frills hotel room. We had a lovely view over Schonbrunn snow covered roof-tops. Conveniently located near tram and underground train stops, so it was so easy to get anywhere. Would use this hotel again if I stayed in Vienna.

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel mit sauberen, etwas älteren Zimmern. Der Herr Moser an der Rezeption ist eine Top Anlaufstelle für ihre Fragen und Wünsche und hatt immer einen guten Tip parat. Frühstück ist in Ordnung für den Preis und die Anbindung an die Öffis ist Super. Gerne immer wieder.

The above reservation was cancelled in December because of sickness in the family and therefore we could not take a flight from overseas to visit with family in Vienna. Please make sure that all was cancelled and no charges to our account was done. We stayed at your property previously and will book again sometime this year. thank you.
